Brandy's Hawaiian Cups

Hawaiian Cups

1 can refrigerated biscuits
1 can pineapple chunks
1 cup cooked, cubed ham
1/2 cup scallions
1/2 block cream cheese softened
4 eggs
salt and pepper

Separate the biscuits into 12 equal pieces, roll into a flat circle and press into the cups of a muffin pan. Mix the pineapple, ham and scallions in a bowl, divide evenly among the muffin cups. Mix together the cream cheese, eggs, salt a pepper until smooth. Slowly pour into the cups to fill in all of the holes. Cook at 375 for 20 minutes. Allow to cool a bit in muffin pans before you try to remove them.
