Brandy's Garlic Bread

Bread Idea 1
Get a skinny French or Italian loaf of bread and slice into ½ slices. Bake for 7 or so minutes at 300, flip and bake 7 or so minutes more, until bread is crusty and golden. Take it out of the oven and immediately rub a garlic clove over the top, then drizzle lightly with EVOO and add a sprinkle of salt.

For even yummier bread, grill it instead of baking it!

Bread Idea 2
Get a loaf of rustic looking Italian bread. Cut it in half horizontally and open it up with the cut sides up. Mix together ½ butter, 2 garlic cloves finely diced, 1 Tbs. freshly diced parsley, ¼ cup parmesan cheese. Spread mixture over cut sides of bread and bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes. Slice and enjoy!

Bread Idea 3
Cut a French loaf in half horizontally. Melt ½ cup butter over low heat. Add 4-6 crushed and finely diced garlic cloves. Brush butter mixture over cut sides of bread. Now add 1 bunch of finely sliced chives, and the zest of 1 lemon sprinkled over top. Bake for 10 minutes in 350. Then, brown under the broiler for a minute or two. Slice on a diagonal and serve.
